Sunley Africa Safaris – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Sunley Africa Safaris. These terms and conditions govern your booking and participation in any safari, excursion, or related service offered by Sunley Africa Safaris. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.

Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the start of the safari.

For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of departure), full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations:

More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.

30 to 59 days before departure: 70% refund of the total amount paid.

15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:

If Sunley Africa Safaris cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, safety concerns), clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Changes to Bookings

Date changes requested 30 days or more before the safari are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Date changes within 30 days of the safari are treated as cancellations and rebookings.
5. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, personal liability, and loss or damage to belongings.
6. Liability

Sunley Africa Safaris shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage to personal property during the tour.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet health and visa requirements for travel.
7. Safari Activities and Risks

Wildlife encounters are unpredictable; Sunley Africa Safaris cannot guarantee specific sightings.

Clients must follow all safety instructions given by guides and drivers.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be settled in Kenyan courts.
