3.1 Booking & Payment Policy
- A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid 2 days before departure.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or mobile money services or cash on arrival.
- A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a confirmation email from Sunley Safaris.
3.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 20 days before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of departure: Partial refund or no refund, depending on the policy of accommodations and service providers.
- No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
3.3 Changes & Amendments
- Date changes are allowed subject to availability and additional costs.
- Sunley Safaris reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.4 Liability & Travel Insurance
- Clients are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost belongings.
